Job summary

• Knowledge of bank products and Bank policies/procedures.

• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve optimum sales and customer service levels.
• Originating loan applications for consumer lending.
• Working with business partners to provide referrals for small business products, residential loans, and key services.
• Adhering to established operational, security and compliance guidelines for branch safety.
• Participating in off-site events to represent the bank in the community and business organizations.
• Performing additional branch functions as needed.

Compensation: A good‑faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 per year and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
