Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Escondido, CA to lead a team, drive breakthrough client service, and position the branch as the local bank of choice. You will manage growth, build strong relationships with consumers and businesses, and ensure efficient operations in line with bank policies.

You will oversee P&L, staffing, and risk controls while coaching staff and engaging with the local community to support strategic goals. Onsite role with competitive incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking experience including consumer and business lending exposure.
• 3+ years management experience in banking or retail.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products and services with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver breakthrough client service.
• Achieve growth targets by developing new relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Manage branch P&L, portfolio, and expenses; ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Retail and cross-functional teams to provide client solutions.
