Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead location personnel to meet business goals.
• Promote safety to OSHA and corporate standards.
• Formulate the branch forecast and operating plan.
• Confer with Corporate and Divisional leadership to review operation performance.
• Work with HR, IT, and Accounting to achieve location goals.
• Resolve customer or employee issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
