Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Branch Manager in Tennessee to direct and coordinate all business needs, leading the team and coordinating with Sales and Parts to deliver profitable results for the location.

This role reports to the Divisional General Manager and emphasizes growth for employees and the business. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or 3–5 years related experience), strong communication, leadership, and the ability to implement process efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all business needs for the branch.
• Lead the team and interact with customers to deliver profitable results.
• Establish long-range goals and forecast operating plans.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Divisional leadership on performance.
• Resolve customer or employee issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
