Job summary

W.W. Williams in Ohio is seeking a Branch Manager to direct and coordinate all business needs, from leading the team to engaging with customers. The role reports to the Divisional General Manager and collaborates with Sales and Parts to drive profitable results for the location.

You will set long-range goals, promote safety, formulate forecasts, review performance with corporate leadership, and work with HR, IT, and Accounting to meet location objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Management or Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-range goals, objectives, and strategies for the location and lead staff to meet business goals.
• Promote safety by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and corporate standards.
• Formulate the branch forecast and operating plan.
• Consult with Corporate/Divisional leadership to review performance and implement changes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, IT, and Accounting to meet location goals.
