Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in banking with senior management exposure.
• Familiar with federal, state, and local banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and organize the sales and daily operational activities of the location.
• Train, coach and develop staff; provide guidance and support.
• Maintain communication between location and upper management.
• Drive deposit growth and loan growth through customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Schedule and supervise staff workflow.
• Represent the Bank with major customers and community leaders.
• Regularly evaluate staff performance and conduct reviews.
