Bank of Bird-in-Hand seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Intercourse branch, build customer relationships, and drive deposit growth within a community-focused bank. You will train and mentor the branch team, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and a strong focus on customer service and community banking in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking, financial services and/or sales in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of the branch's retail network and growth objectives.
• Manages performance, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations.
• Drives business development by making outside calls and coordinating with partners to generate new sales opportunities.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure operational soundness and quality service.
• Monitors branch reporting alongside Head Teller.
• Provides regular coaching to staff and fosters development.
