Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations.
• 5+ Year of experience managing a team, with a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products. Banking software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams across Farmington and Rangeley, fostering a positive, professional environment.
• Build relationships with customers and the community to drive growth in deposits and loans.
• Communicate openly with customers and employees to maintain high service standards.
• Motivate, coach, and train staff to ensure excellent client service and performance.
