Responsibilities

• Underwrites loans within authorized levels; reviews underwriting decisions of subordinates.
• Directs, develops, motivates, and disciplines branch personnel; conducts evaluations.
• Monitors branch operating results; takes corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains communications with the main office; prepares reports; attends management meetings.
• Represents the branch with customers, community, suppliers and other institutions.
• Controls past due and charged-off accounts for the branch.
• Monitors branch activities to ensure compliance with bank policies.
• May serve as backup to customer service representative.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
