Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team with a caring leadership approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; banking software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Farmington & Rangeley markets with customer and community relations.
• Communicate openly with customers and employees to maintain a positive environment.
• Drive deposit and loan growth leveraging financial expertise and connections.
• Uphold Franklin Savings Bank values and act as an ambassador for the bank.
• Manage branch staff with motivation, coaching and training.
