Job summary

SouthernCarlson, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold safety and customer service excellence at our Fort Worth branch.

This position rewards strong leaders who can develop teams, optimize branch performance, ensure compliance with DOT and Hazmat where applicable, and collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to implement best practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years in a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
• Clean driving record (DMV report required).
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team with clear performance expectations and motivation.
• Oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain company standards.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve high performance.
