Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and concrete accessories.
• Proven experience managing branch operations, inventory, customer service, and profitability.
• Leadership ability to coach and develop team members and drive accountability.
• Experience in sales development, sales management, pipelines, and market growth.
• Experience increasing revenue while maintaining gross profit.
