Job summary

BankWest is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a full-service BankWest branch in a manner that ensures growth, profitability, and high-quality customer service. You will manage staffing, compliance, and daily operations while developing both customer relationships and community presence.

The role requires strong credit/financial analysis, supervisory experience, and effective teamwork with departments to drive deposit and loan growth. Expected to deliver results within BankWest's risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience/certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years' experience in related field.
• Experience as supervisor, mentor, and coach.
• Experience with agricultural and/or commercial loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations, staffing, administration, and support functions.
• Select, train, coach, and develop staff per BankWest policies and standards.
• Grow financial relationships through retention and new business; oversee loans and deposits.
• Provide credit and customer relationship expertise; participate in loan approvals within authority.
• Monitor branch metrics and ensure alignment with budget and performance measures.
