Responsibilities

• Lead sales, service and operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Coach and develop staff; oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Refer customers to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, risk and OCR guidelines.
• Drive community presence and key internal partnerships.
