Job summary

Chase is hiring a Branch Manager in our Maryland branch to lead the team, grow deposits and investments, manage operations, and deliver courteous, attentive service to clients. You will model the brand's hospitality and ethics while coaching the staff for continuous improvement.

You will translate strategy into actions by using the Branch Scorecard, overseeing risk controls, and building relationships with local businesses and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch.
• Excellent decision-making and risk management capabilities.
• Comfort with leveraging technology to enhance client experience.
• Experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team with a clear vision and values.
• Grow deposits and investments while managing branch operations.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional client service and trust.
