Job summary

Southeast Bank's Hardin Valley Branch in Knoxville, TN seeks an accomplished Branch Manager to lead the team, manage two or more associates, hire and conduct performance reviews, and drive deposit, loan and referral growth in a compliant, customer‑focused environment.

You will coach staff, develop sales plans, ensure adherence to policies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize service quality and branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire branch and two or more associates
• Hire staff and conduct performance reviews; provide coaching as needed
• Drive branch performance: deposits, loans, sales and referrals
• Lead staff to maintain service quality and policy compliance
• Discuss HELOC and consumer borrowing options within policy and guidelines
• Direct, coach and manage staff to generate new business prospects
• Ensure staff are proficient with bank technology offerings
• Build relationships with customers and bank partners to maximize sales and satisfaction
• Maintain staffing levels and schedules; manage operational costs and losses
