Ideal candidates have 3+ years in banking/management, a strong track record in business development, and a willingness to travel between nearby branches in the Tucson area. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field with 3+ years in management and banking operations.
• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local Tucson area knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals.
• Create a vital sales and service environment in collaboration with partners and departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
• Drive overall branch performance and customer service excellence.
• Travel to surrounding branches within the territory as needed.
