Qualifications

• 3 years of retail banking experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• 2 years of consumer and small business lending origination preferred.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Tellers; may oversee personal bankers with Branch Manager.
• Open new accounts and process loan requests; gather credit information.
• Manage branch operations: opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, wires, collections, stop payments.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consumers and local businesses.
