Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Branch Manager in San Antonio, TX. Lead day-to-day branch operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a customer-focused environment.

You will manage the associate experience, oversee customer relations, and build partnerships with vendors while serving as the branch’s lead salesperson. A strong leadership and sales mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a branch and teams.
• Proven sales track record with ability to build partnerships.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Willingness to travel and spend time away from the branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day functions of the branch, including engagement of branch staff.
• Direct and oversee all facets of the associate experience: hiring, onboarding, training, performance, advancement, and separations.
• Direct and oversee all facets of the customer experience at the branch, including creating “wow” moments and partnerships.
• Build and sustain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders, lead quarterly vendor planning meetings.
• Conduct weekly sales, management, and all-associate meetings to promote communication and continuous improvement.
• Engage the Lansing team with Regional Manager and Home Office support.
• Serve as lead salesperson for the branch, spending time away to develop new customer relationships.
