Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our business units. This hands-on role manages Recruiting/HR processes and directs recruitment and sales efforts for the branch, delivering staffing solutions for clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will mentor recruiters, cultivate client relationships, and drive branch growth in a fast-paced market through effective strategy, coaching, and collaboration with nationwide teammates.

• Proven track record in staffing programs and sales.
• Professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to present information at all levels of an organization.

BRANCH MANAGER

Qualified Staffing is looking for an experienced staffing leader to take on the key role in managing one of our Business Units. The leader in this role will be responsible for management of Recruiting/Human Resources processes and directing recruitment and sales efforts for the branch. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that can lead by example, motivate teammates, develop long lasting relationships, and provide staffing solutions for clientele. This is a hands-on role with heavy client service / operations responsibilities with an emphasis on fulfillment and our ability to positively impact our clientele and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in staffing programs / sales
• Professional communication capabilities (written and oral)
• Ability to present information at all levels within an organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience utilizing ATS / CRM applications
