Job summary

Qualified Staffing in Flint, MI seeks an experienced staffing leader to manage one of our Business Units, directing recruitment and sales efforts for the branch. This hands-on role emphasizes fulfillment and delivering staffing solutions to clients and candidates.

You will lead by example, motivate teammates, develop relationships, and coach recruiters while growing the branch’s revenue and market share in the local area. Strong communication and CRM/ATS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing recruiters.
• Proven track record in staffing programs / sales.
• Professional communication capabilities (written and oral).
• Ability to present information at all levels within an organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience utilizing ATS / CRM applications.

• Management of day-to-day Recruiter efforts.
• Collaborate with teammates to produce effective sales and recruiting strategies.
• Effectively coach and mentor teammates.
• Build your branch by cultivating existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities in the local market.

Qualified Staffing is looking for an experienced staffing leader to take on the key role in managing one of our Business Units. The leader in this role will be responsible for management of Recruiting/Human Resources processes and directing recruitment and sales efforts for the branch. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that can lead by example, motivate teammates, develop long lasting relationships, and provide staffing solutions for clientele. This is a hands-on role with heavy client service / operations responsibilities with an emphasis on fulfillment and our ability to positively impact our clientele and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
