Job summary

Security Finance in Excelsior Springs, Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team. You’ll supervise staff, train teammates, and ensure excellent customer service while handling daily branch operations.

You’ll be responsible for cash accuracy, loan processing, tax preparation, and compliance with lending laws, while driving branch goals and fostering community relationships through proactive service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.
