You will drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while mentoring a diverse team of technicians and staff.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; leadership and people management preferred.
• 3–5 years in elevator industry or related field preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• People management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual office business operations plans and budgets for service, repair, and modernization.
• Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards with fixed price repairs.
• Direct sales and market share initiatives across district load centers.
• Lead a team to deliver KPI targets and implement performance reviews.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with Field Quality Excellence and ensure proper testing and training.
• Oversee field service activities, inventory, assets, and billing procedures.
