Schindler Elevator Corporation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Branch Manager to lead service, repair, maintenance, and modernization activities across our local portfolio. You will drive profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating sales and operations in your territory.

You will manage a team, mentor staff, set workloads, and partner with field technicians to ensure on-time installations and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual office business operations plans and budgets for service, repair (and modernization in some cases).
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to deliver high-quality service and grow loyalty with customers across relevant product lines.
• Manage, mentor and lead a team to deliver and drive KPI performance using appropriate management methods.
• Ensure coordination and execution on product safety responsibilities with the Field Quality Excellence organization.
• Manage field service activities for parts inventory, tools, vehicles and other fixed assets, and oversee billing procedures.
