Job summary

Sonepar USA is seeking a Branch Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. You will drive counter sales growth, implement initiatives, and oversee inventory control with P&L responsibility to ensure service excellence.

Key duties include developing sales strategies, analyzing market data, producing sales reports, and improving operational efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong leadership skills including coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Branch Operations Managers to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Prepare sales reports showing sales volume and areas for client base expansion.
• Implement and monitor company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish operational procedures for shipments, disposition of materials, and inventory accuracy.
• Set goals and implement new methods to improve efficiency and meet department goals.
• Train employees on safe equipment usage and adherence to safety policies.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment condition and coordinate repairs.
