Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a Branch Manager in Claremont, NH to lead counter and inside sales, and warehouse activities with supervisory responsibilities for all staff. You will drive branch performance, manage budgets, develop the account base, and promote our Digital tools to customers while building a culture that reflects our company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on business and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years Industry and Product knowledge preferred.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Website Navigation
• Ability to manage the work of others and drive the sales growth of the branch.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Sound decision making skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct the branch activities including sales, counter sales, inside sales and warehouse supervision.
• Provide leadership to attract, hire, develop and train branch staff.
• Ensure branch budgets are adhered to and manage working capital and inventory.
• Sell digital tools to customers to enhance their buying experience.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for the branch and coordinate with other branches.
• Oversee safety and security of the branch and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
