Job summary

Huntington Bank in Chappell Hill, TX, seeks a Branch Manager to lead all sales, service and operations for the branch. You will coach a diverse team, drive budgets and production, acquire new consumer and business customers, and initiate referrals to partners.

You will maintain deep product knowledge and ensure compliance with OCR guidelines while actively participating in community relations and staff development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus 1+ year in goal-driven retail sales leadership or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check and fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers.
