Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Service Branch Manager in Charleston to lead daily operations, coach a team of technicians, and drive growth. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and safety standards while delivering high-quality, cost-effective service to clients in the electrical distribution sector.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in related work, with strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience equivalency with 5+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers and relay testing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license may be required for vehicle positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned location/department.
• Hire, train, mentor and evaluate direct reports; develop training plans.
• Schedule work, coordinate with other managers for large jobs.
• Provide technical options to customers; prepare quotes; review test reports.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer service excellence.
• Review jobs to ensure profitability and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports; collaborate with HSE on safety practices.
• Observe safety rules and company policies; perform duties as assigned.
