Job summary

You will oversee daily branch operations, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, maintain compliance, and promote community involvement while expanding customer relationships.

This role requires 1-3 years of managerial experience in banking and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• One to three years in managerial experience preferred with knowledge in banking and branch operations.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skill to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance to ensure team helps customers reach financial goals and overseeing daily branch operations.
• Promote culture through coaching and guidance, provide leadership, training and supervision.
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify and mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead in hiring, training and retention of staff, and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, products, systems and transactions.
