Job summary

Herc Rentals Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Dothan, AL to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage a diverse team, implement safety programs, and optimize fleet and inventory to maximize profitability.

You will oversee P&L, develop staff, and maintain compliance with OSHA/DOT standards while delivering outstanding results for the branch and customers.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relatable experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed the business plan for the branch.
• Lead and develop a diverse team.
• Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Manage fleet and perform inventory reviews.
• Oversee Profit and Loss reporting and operational reviews.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.
