Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
Seven years retail bank experience.
Three years of management experience within a bank branch.
Proven record of outstanding customer service.
Ability to travel as needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activity of the retail branch by staffing and scheduling the branch, coaching teammates, and measuring performance and client satisfaction.
Ensure that all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed in daily duties.
Protect customers’ confidential information and ensure it is used appropriately.
Improve customers’ banking experience by prompt service and resolving banking challenges.
Lead the sales initiative with staff to enhance understanding of the sales approach and delivery.
