Community Green Landscape Group in Ohio is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow operations. This hands-on role requires building high-performing teams and driving profitability.

You will manage branch budgets, schedules, client relationships, and safety performance while partnering with leadership to achieve growth. Regular travel to job sites and extended hours during peak seasons are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape, snow, construction, or related operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must meet Community Green Landscape Group’s vehicle insurance standards and remain insurable under the company’s fleet insurance policy.

Working Environment
