Job summary

SourceLine is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Macon, GA location, overseeing parts and service operations and building a local customer base. You will work with technicians, sales, and leadership to grow the branch while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in heavy equipment or related industries, a business mindset, and the ability to hire, train, and develop staff as the branch grows.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience with heavy equipment or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of parts, service, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Experience in leading or developing employees.
• Able to work with customers, technicians, sales, and leadership to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts and service operations for the Macon branch.
• Help establish the branch and build its local customer base.
• Lead, support, and develop branch employees.
• Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to keep work moving.
• Work with customers to understand their equipment and service needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts and service revenue.
• Partner with the sales team to support customer and business development efforts.
• Handle customer concerns and help resolve issues.
• Establish efficient processes and maintain a strong team culture.
• Monitor branch performance and communicate needs to leadership.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding as the branch grows.
• Lead by example and maintain a safe, professional environment.
