Job summary

A-Core Concrete Specialists is seeking a Branch Manager for the Bozeman, MT office. You will oversee daily branch operations, hire, train, and mentor staff, allocate financial and manpower resources, and drive branch performance.

This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and requires strong leadership and solid experience in construction management. You will lead lifecycle management of projects, ensure safety standards, and communicate with customers and the main office.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create a work environment that maximizes employees’ talents and encourages cooperation amongst teammates.
• Create a clear and strategic plan for your branch that incorporates the business climate, workforce availability, local industries, and future growth.
• Review and approve invoices, tickets and timecards.
• Review AP invoices and manage project bidding and estimating.
• Forecast budget needs and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with branch supervisors.
