Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive promotion with Acme, and/or 5 years previous managerial/supervisory experience.
Intermediate to advance experience within the construction supply/distribution industry.
Proficient in Outlook; experience with Solar Eclipse, Monday.com, Phocas, etc.
Good math skills to calculate margins, discounts and percentages; ability to analyze complex reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch operations, sales, and admin functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans; analyze profitability.
Foster strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
Manage invoicing, backorders, will-call, and customer satisfaction efforts.
Lead interviews, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
