Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to operate and grow a branch location in San Diego. You will lead customer relationships, deliver on-time service and sales goals, hire and coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to merchandising and P&L management. We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 annually, plus health/dental/vision after 60 days

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management or related field) or equivalent
• 3–5 years management experience; industry knowledge preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills; analytical and mathematical abilities; excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with a focus on service and delivery execution
• Hire associates and monitor performance; coach and mentor branch staff
• Support sales team in presenting ABC Supply Interiors’ value proposition
• Manage employee relations and HR functions at the branch level
• Oversee storefront and merchandising; enforce safety policies and procedures
• Manage in-branch sales and customer service functions; P&L accountability
• Generate associates’ work schedules; handle multiple priorities effectively
