Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to operate and grow a branch location. You will manage customer relationships, ensure delivery execution and high customer satisfaction while coaching and developing the branch team.

This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, analytical skills, and P&L accountability. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates, oversee storefront merchandising, and uphold safety policies while collaborating with sales to

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Supply Chain) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in distribution or related industry.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with excellent service and delivery execution.
• Hire associates and monitor their performance.
• Coach and mentor branch personnel, set expectations, ensure efficient operations.
• Support sales efforts to present ABC Supply Interiors’ value proposition.
• Oversee branch HR, storefront and safety policies.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by employees, customers, and vendors.
• Generate associates’ work schedules and manage multiple priorities.
• P&L accountability.
