Sun Loan Company is seeking a reliable and ambitious Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, drive business performance, develop and lead team members, and build strong customer and community relationships. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving branch goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining profitability, and creating a positive, high-performing culture. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational, financial, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Requirements

Branch Hours: Sun Loan branches operate during the following business hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
• Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. (Rotational and based on business needs).
• No Sundays!
• Actual employee schedules may vary by branch location and business needs. Employees must be available to work their assigned schedule, which may include hours outside of the typical branch schedule, as well as occasional overtime.
