Kohler Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager for the West Bend - Meijer Branch to lead a team, strengthen member relationships, and drive branch growth and results. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and promote exceptional member service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, operations, or a related field.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating employees.
• Proven ability to drive performance, sales, service, or operational goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with consumer lending or financial services preferred.
• A collaborative, people-focused leader who leads by example.
