Job summary

Kohler Credit Union in West Bend is seeking a Branch Manager for the West Bend - Meijer Branch to lead daily operations, coach a capable team, and drive member satisfaction.

You will set goals, monitor performance, and partner with the community to grow deposits and loans while upholding quality service and risk controls. This role rewards proactive leaders who foster development, accountability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, or a people-focused environment.
• Proven success coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience leading branch or business operations and achieving sales, service, lending, or operational goals.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or another people-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience leading branch or business operations and achieving sales, service, lending, or operational goals.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, credit management, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, prioritize initiatives, and drive results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, member-focused environment.
