This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in financial services, member support, and customer care.

With a starting wage of $17.45-$19.50 per hour, no previous banking or credit union experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and professional development opportunities to help you build the skills needed for success while making a meaningful impact on our members' financial journeys. Training for this position will take place at our Sheboygan, WI location, with the opportunity to transition to our Mequon Branch after successfully completing the training program.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for our members by providing personalized support, answering questions, and helping them find solutions that meet their financial needs. In this contact center role, you will connect with members through multiple communication channels while creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.

• Maintain accuracy while following banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service expectations and member satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Create positive interactions that strengthen long‑term member relationships

Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Team members also participate in a rotating Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
