TW Metals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive profitable growth by directing sales programs and operations while protecting branch assets and maintaining a high ethics standard.
The role requires an undergraduate degree and at least five years in metals sales, with strong communication and proficiency in Excel/Word. You will manage budgeting, pricing, inventory, and staff to hit financial targets and ensure safe operations.
Position Summary: This position is accountable and responsible for providing profitable growth utilizing innovative management techniques. In addition, Branch Managers are directly responsible for protecting the branch facility assets, creating and monitoring the branch budget and maintaining a high level of ethics in all transactions. Directs sales programs and distribution by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
