Job summary

MacQueen Equipment Group is seeking a seasoned leader to run branch operations in Rapid City, SD. You will manage service, parts, admin, and facilities, own the P&L, and build a high-performing team that drives accountability and results.

You’ll stay close to customers—municipalities, fire departments, and partners—ensuring follow-through and continuous improvement. The role requires 7+ years of leadership in heavy equipment or related sectors and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading teams in heavy equipment, environmental services, emergency apparatus, or similar operations.
• Proven ability to manage people, performance, and financials simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of service and parts operations.
• Confidence working with P&L, KPIs, and operational data.
• Leadership style that drives accountability, trust, and results.
• Clear communication, fast problem-solving, and ability to lead under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.

Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
