MacQueen Equipment Group is seeking a results‑driven sales consultant to partner with EMS agencies, fire departments, municipalities, hospitals, and emergency service organizations across a large territory. You will demonstrate ambulance features, guide vehicle configurations, and lead customers through the full purchasing journey with a proven consultative approach and the MacQueen 5-4-3-2-1 process.
Join a mission‑driven team that values trust, long‑term relationships, and strategic growth
You'll operate as a consultant, equipment expert, and relationship builder:
You’re not selling transportation.
You’re helping emergency responders acquire the vehicles they depend on every day.
That means:
When an EMS crew responds to a cardiac arrest, major accident, or critical patient transport, there's a good chance they're operating in a vehicle you helped put into service.
We support the people who answer the call when communities need help most.
That means:
You won't be selling equipment just to hit a number.
You'll be helping EMS professionals get the tools they need to save lives.
MacQueen Equipment offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, training and development opportunities, and career growth within a stable, industry‑leading organization.
