Job summary

Advanced IPM in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit and onboard employees, set clear expectations, manage branch budgets and service quality, uphold safety, licensing, regulatory and employer requirements, and use data to identify trends and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Requires SPCB Branch Field Representative License.
• QAL with Categories A, B and M preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in operational or team management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
