Job summary

QXO is seeking a Sales Leader to oversee a profit center, recruit and train a high-performing sales team, and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze market trends to identify profitable opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure financial stability with the Credit Manager.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training
• Prior leadership in industry
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
