Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a senior leader to manage a profit center, drive operations, and lead the sales team. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making to identify profitable opportunities.

You will work with branch credit to stabilize accounts, nurture vendor partnerships, and mentor future leaders while promoting a safety-first culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training.
• Proven leadership in industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong managerial and supervisory experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Organizational and time-management skills with delegation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross-functionally with other departments.

What You\'ll Do
