Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower in North Las Vegas is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales initiatives, and profitability. You will coordinate branch administration, budgeting, and monthly reporting to Corporate while coaching Account Managers to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of branch staff, ensuring safety policies, and adherence to company procedures. This position is based on-site in the branch with a focus on P&L and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in the Industrial Hose industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in industrial distribution and fluid power components.

Job Summary

Serves as the main point of contact for both the Operations and Sales Teams for the branch. Ensures that the overall operations, administration, distribution, and sales functions work harmoniously for the branch location. Responsible for the P&L of the branch, as well as monthly reporting to Corporate on budget. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring of Account Managers to assist in increasing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or 3-5 years’ experience in the Industrial Hose industry
• Intermediate to Advance in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components preferred
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
