Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive the branch's overall performance, including sales, collections, and team development. You will lead a small team, coach members, and handle customer payment conversations in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

The role requires accountability, structured daily execution, and the ability to own results while maintaining branch hours and a 40-hour work week.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development.

This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed.
