Job summary

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) through its PPV division is seeking a Valve Technician in Floresville, TX. The role focuses on service and repair of industrial valves, safety relief valves, and related equipment in heavy industrial settings.

You will work in a VR-certified service environment, performing maintenance, testing, and remanufacturing, with field support to restore equipment quickly at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience servicing valves, pumps, or process control equipment.
• Familiarity with safety relief valves, control valves, regulators, or related industrial equipment.
• Background in oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial settings.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Valve service and repair: maintenance, repair, testing, and remanufacturing.
• Re-machining and lapping of valve components to specs.
• Clean, blast, and paint components for service and inspection.
• Operate shop equipment such as blasters, washers, torches, forklifts, and precision tools.
